Exchange and Return Policy

Comercial CD Motos LTDA (trade name: CD Motos) values ​​customer satisfaction and follows the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC). This Exchange and Return Policy establishes the rules and procedures for situations in which you need to exchange or return products purchased on the website https://cdmotosbh.com.

1. General Conditions

In order for the exchange or return to be carried out, it is essential that:

The product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use or wear.

Proof of purchase or invoice is presented.

The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is respected (see items 2 and 3).

2. Deadline for Exchange or Refund

a) Right to Withdraw

As provided for in article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer may exercise the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product, provided that it has not been used.

b) Exchange due to Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer has up to 30 (thirty) calendar days to contact us and request an exchange or repair, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code. Products considered durable goods have a deadline of 90 (ninety) days.

c) Products with Divergence in the Order

If there is an error in the shipment of the order (wrong product, different from the one requested or incomplete), the exchange request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.

3. Procedure for Exchange or Refund

Contact our team via email contato@cdmotosbh.com or by phone [insert phone number]. Please provide the reason for the request, order number and send photos or videos that prove the condition of the product, if applicable.

Our team will review your request within 5 (five) business days and provide instructions for return or exchange.

The product must be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by all items that make it up (manuals, cables, etc.), along with the invoice.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will contact you to inform you of the status of the exchange or return.

4. Shipping Costs

In cases of store error or manufacturing defect, the shipping cost for return or reshipment will be borne by CD Motos.

In cases of right of withdrawal or requests without proven defects, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, after the product has been returned and the conditions described in this policy have been confirmed.

For payments made by credit card, the refund will be requested from the card operator, and it may take up to 2 (two) invoices for the credit to be displayed.

For payments made via bank slip, the refund will be made via bank transfer to an account indicated by the customer within 10 (ten) business days.

6. Items that cannot be exchanged or returned

Customized or made-to-order products.

Products that show signs of improper use or modifications made by the customer.

Products that are not accompanied by the invoice.
